1. How do I make a purchase?
From the extravagant collections offered by us, you can choose your favourite jewelry that you want to purchase and “Add to Cart”. You can always choose more than 1 product in the cart. Check out and fill in your basic details and Click Proceed to Pay, which takes you through the payment gateway. You can anytime call us at +918111084000 for assistance.
2. Quality of silver and stones used
Silverich Jewelry strictly uses only 92.5% Silver, which is hallmarked quality of silver in the market. The stones used are semiprecious stones. We also use certified Swarovski stones.
We take credibility for the purity of silver used. However, we do not provide any guarantee/warranty for the gold plating as it’s the normal tendency of pure silver to oxidise. We recommend our customers to go through our jewelry care instruction, which will enhance the duration of plating.
4. Do you have a physical store or is it just online?
Yes. We do have a physical store in Pondicherry at the premises of

5. Do you have any branches or sister concern other than the store in Pondicherry?
We have our physical store at the premises of our parent concern Vijayalakshmi Nagai Maaligai, a 916 Hallmarked Gold, Diamond and Platinum jewelry showroom which is known for its trust and tradition in Pondicherry for the last 26 years.
6. Do you customize jewelry as per our choice?
We do customization of any jewelry design you provide in Silver and Gold. However we take 20-25 days to manufacture based on the design.
7. How many days does it take to deliver my order?
We take 2-4 days to deliver your product, based on your location.
8. Payment options
You can pay through our payment gateway In the website. In case of customized orders, you can pay through UPI, Gpay or Direct Bank transfers.
9. What is your return policy?
Kindly go through our policy on return, refunds and replacements.
10. How do I track my order?
Upon delivery, you can always track your order through the tracking ID provided by us to you over mail and sms.
11. What is your working hours?
We work from 10 am to 9 pm. We are closed on Sundays however the website is open for orders 24×7.
12. Do u remake the products that are sold out?
Most of our products can be remade. In case of sold product, you can provide your email in the notify option and we will get back to you.
13. Can I add more items to my existing order?
Yes. You can always add more items to your existing order. if your order is already delivered, it will be considered a separate new order. In website, each Cart checkout will be considered an order.
14. Does your jewellery have resale value?
The resale value will always be there for the 92.5 silver in the jewelry.
