RETURN, REFUND & REPLACEMENT

 

  • There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product provided we have a replacement in stock at no extra cost.
  • In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same. We can be reached by email at orders@silverichjewelry.com  or by contacting us at +91 8111084000
  • Customer should usually inspect and refuse to accept the shipment if they find that the package has been opened or tampered with.
  • If in case, the same product is not available then the customer may choose some other product of the same worth. NO REFUND WILL BE MADE
  • Returns are not applicable if in case you don`t like the product or it does not suit you or for any other reason.
  • To avoid such returns, we always suggest customers to write to orders@silverichjewelry.com  with the product code requesting for more pictures before ordering any product
  • Return products need to be received by Silverich Jewelry within 7 days upon the dispute. Failing, the product will no longer be applicable for replacement

 

Conditions for replacement:

  • Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery or attempted delivery.
  • Products/Items should be UNUSED with the tags intact and in saleable condition.
  • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
  • It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
  • Any cost towards packaging, insurance or freight towards returning the merchandise to us will be borne by the Customer
  • Customer must obtain Returns authorization from our Customer Service Team before the product is sent back and it will be accepted only at designated address provided by the Customer Service agent.
  • We will notify the customer once the returned product has be received by us and upon inspection of the package / product our customer service agents will decide further course of action which will be binding on the Customer.

 

We do not exchange old for new.

We do not take old silver articles or jewelleries or coins
